This section contains various academic projects. Each project was presented
with drawings and models.
Drawings were made with ink on imperial size (approximately 20 inches
X 30 inches) opaque papers or tracing films/papers. These drawings were
photographed (Photograph size 4 inches X 6 inches). The photographs
of drawings were scanned which are at display here. Some drawings were
directly scanned especially for this website for capturing the minute
details. Especially in perspectives section drawings are scanned directly
and they can be enlarged from the thumbnail, which can be further magnified
(by pressing the "Zoom In" button) to observe the beauty,
which only the manually inked line has.
Each drawing of each project was not photographed and therefore the web
pages of respective projects contain photographs of only few selected
drawings & models.
It is to be noted that the photographs in this section have no computerized
effects unless otherwise specified. Most of the photographs are taken by professional
photographer, Hitesh guided him to use halogen lights and their placement
to achieve the effect he wanted. Hitesh and the photographer played with lights
sometimes to get intense light and shadows, (like in
Shilpgram, Click here) sometimes to make certain surfaces shine (like
in Shopping Complex, Factory Click Here) and
sometimes to get an artistic effect.

Each project is on a different web page because each project has its
own spirit with its distinct architectural style. Therefore each web
page is designed to represent the its spirit.
Shilp-Gram gives new hopes to the "Shilpis"
(craftsmen). Its web page uses bright sunny colours.
Cultural Center being located in Rajasthan, its web
page is designed in typical Rajashtani Colours. Background of the web
page is a part elevation with computerized effect.
Factory web page has a sophisticated techno-savvy look
with background of a perspective of the same project with computerized
effect.
Shopping Complex is a modern building. Its web page
uses bright eye-catching colours typical in places for recreation like
cafeteria, sports-clubs etc.
Secondary School web page is in bright vivid colours
which teenagers and young people like.
Hospital is rural in location and style. Its web-page
uses only green.
Interior Design web page uses the colours typical of
interior design like Peach, off white and woody brown (for text).
Design workshop is the subject for liberal imagination,
which is reflected in colours of its web page.
Working drawings is a technical subject. Therefore only
different shades of Gray are used in its web page.
The Museum is designed in the traditional style and
therefore the colours of Museum page are neutral and earthy colours.
